“Final Draft Construction replaced 21 windows in my home in Westlake. After speaking with various "rip and replace" vendors or those that would require i hire a contractor to oversee their work, i chose Final Draft Construction. Gio (Owner) who is a CA. licensed door/window installer consulted with me on best options, bought and installed the windows, re created all the custom wood work around the windows and was able to save most of the exterior wood work as well and w/o paying a middle man. Also, he custom fit the windows (built extended window jambs to utilize my openings) that would have required a trim carpenter at least. I put off this decision for around 5 years until i saw his listing on Yelp and read some reviews. He works with a sense of urgency, is efficient, timely and courteous.
